Clients are not expected to follow and learn routines; classes are fluid and people can join in at their own pace

The most effective, enjoyable and sustainable form of exercise is that which meets the needs, abilities and wishes of the participants, so all our classes are bespoke and person-centred.

We welcome people of all ages, sizes and abilities. Classes can be chair-based or a mix of standing and sitting and floor-work, if appropriate. Clients are not expected to follow and learn routines; classes are fluid and people can join in at their own pace.

The music is carefully chosen from a range of genres and eras, all of which encourage creativity, and leave participants feeling joyful and energised. Our goal is to make everyone feel mentally and physically better. Evidence has shown that dance and movement can help with

  • improving balance
  • maintaining joint mobility
  • improved circulation
  • increasing cardio-vascular fitness
