The most effective, enjoyable and sustainable form of exercise is the one which people enjoy.
All of our classes are fun and friendly. We welcome people of all ages, sizes and abilities. People with long-term health conditions, cognitive issues and disabilities particularly benefit from our classes.
Our aim is for everyone to leave the class feeling better than they did when they walked in. We never ask anyone to do anything that doesn’t feel right for their body.
Our weekly classes are suitable for all levels, with exercises tailored to the individual; as gentle or challenging as they need or want them to be.
With this incremental, person-centred approach, people can achieve their fitness goals at a pace that suits them.
The music is carefully chosen from a range of genres and eras, all of which encourage creativity, and leave participants feeling joyful and energised.
